EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is commonly referred to as tapping. Arising from inspiring work by Roger Callahan in Thought Field Therapy (TFT) and further developed by Gary Craig in the 1990s, EFT is an evidence-based modality for releasing trapped emotions like grief, stress, PTSD, phobias, and other mental, emotional, and physical limitations. EFT was the first in the series of Energy Psychology methodologies.
EFT has even been approved by the Veterans Administration as a “generally safe” therapy, and was incorporated into a successful PTSD treatment program at Fort Hood.
Having been certified and practiced many forms of EFT over the past 15 years, at Jump Off Point, we have chosen the licensed Free-Me™ method as the most effective method of EFT that we use and teach.
We offer a variety of 1-on-1 appointments, training, workshops, and events to meet your needs.
Specifically designed for those in recovery who are seeking a way to enhance their program of sobriety.
